Slider set up based on Team Ratings (XBOX 360)

After becoming extremely frustrated with different slider setups, I thought about assigning sliders to a teams particular letter rating for offense and defense. If a team has a B+ offense, i assign that team a certain number for all offensive sliders and if a team has a C+ rating, i give that team a certain number for all the defensive sliders I do leave ints at 0 for me. Im getting pretty good results, im beating the teams im supposed to beat and having tough games versus those im suppose to. This has been extremely fun, I so look forward to playing the C and D teams, lol, after a loss, talk about running up the score.

I click on the game preview with the right thumb stick before each game and use those ratings for each team in my dynasty games(they seem to change at the screen where u can choose who to play with).


A+=75 *thank goodness i havent seen an A+ team yet
A/A-=70 *vs USC using Washington and was down 24-0 at the half, UGLY
B+= 65
B= 60
B-= 55
C+= 45
C/C-= 40
D+= 35
D/D-=30

Im currently playing with WVU(Talk about an easy schedule) in my dynasty and they have a B+ offense and defense. Im 9-1, I only have 4 tough games on my schedule, Maryland, Syracuse, Louisville and Pitt. My only loss came to Louisville, 51-28(momentum killed me on the road), .

good to hear your enjoying them. i started my second season with WVU(A off and A- def, ), i pretty much handled Marshall but they put up some good numbers on the ground and in the air. I had a tough game vs Maryland, they were a B-(55 sliders set) on off and an A-(70 slider set) on defense, the final score was 28-0, it was 0-0 at halftime.

Just wanted to say that I gave these a shot and so far I love them. Been using slider settings for years and when I read this I thought it was a very original idea. Anyways, using SDSU in my dynasty (State is pretty good now) I played UCLA who was just slightly worse then me and played an outstanding game against. I won 35-28. But more then the score was the fact that the game felt real. Was using other sliders before and while the games were ok it never felt right. Back to my original point which was to say good job with this idea and thanks.
