Faceoff Bug

I keep having the bug show up where I have no one in the faceoff circle so the CPU wins the faceoff. Sometimes It happens 2 or 3 times a game. This is a game killer.

Any solutions to this?

Perhaps I should try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I see that this has been a problem for MONTHS!

Now the bug is getting worse.

It is happening more and more.

What a TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

This game is cooked. No point in playing anymore.

What's the situation when these occur? In franchise mode? On a penalty kill? What changes to your lineup did you make?

Wondering if a quick "best lines" adjustment maybe will fix that? Then adjust your lines back how you want.

I haven't played this game in a minute, but never had this issue. I did a quick google search and looks like it has been happening since launch and they are aware of it, yet no fix. Wild.

It happens during the penalty kill on my saved Franchise

It starts with the first penalty kill and it continues. Now it has started showing up at the center face off in the main circle as well. But it always starts with the first penalty kill.

The Center for some reason doesn't go play the faceoff.

They have known about this for months and haven't fixed it.
EA needs to hire a new team to run this game. One that actually cares about the product.

I can try the best lines solution to see if it works.

How do I play without connecting to EA servers at all. I think it is some kind of synch problem.

If it’s offline, it’s not a sync error since you can play offline modes without connecting to the internet. More than likely a weird bug with the PK. I’ve been playing fairly regularly since launch but have never seen it in any of my franchise games so I’m wondering if they are struggling to replicate the bug so that’s why they can’t fix it.

Thanks for the info. I also noticed that when the PK faceoff happens by your goal they always score from the bugged faceoff. When it takes place at their end they don't wind up scoring from the bugged face off.
