Morale and G League

Is there any way to remedy morale loss in G League. Even 50 overall with D potential who "happily signed 2 way contract" becomes enraged within week or two for not playing in first team. That is ridiculous.


I can forgo two way contracts but that kills immersion and reality of NBA or i can remove morale with same consequences. Plus lack of morale fluctuation removes some unpredictability in team performances.


There use to be reset option but i believe they have removed it in 2k24.

Morale is actually broken this year because even with it turned on, it doesn’t impact CPU teams/players anymore for some reason. So I turn it off now since it’s only a human team thing and the two-way player morale is also broken and there is unfortunately no way around it.
