MyNBA start today wrong standings for playoffs

Hi,

As of right now, 14/04/2025, if you "start today" the end of season standings are wrong and as such the playoff brackets are wrong (Lakers are 5th seed playing Nuggets 4th seed).

Bit frustrating for those of us who wanted to start and play through the playoffs.

Is it possible for someone with Discord to report it to 2K please?

There's a glitch in Start Today that doesn't calculate conference records accurately, which is why the seeding is messed up. Might have to wait for the playoffs to start for 2k to correct it.

Bit frustrating though. I wanted to play through the Play-in/Playoffs. Even then, it'll be annoying the historical records won't look right.

I guess they don't have the correct tie-breaking criteria programmed but that's even worse, because what if that scenario played out in-game (you finished a season with a level record to a rival team)?

Can't even choose start today now. Hope they get it fixed and still let us start at the play in games.

Yeah the historical records not being accurate is really annoying. And that only happens if you start after the regular season.

According to 2K Discord, Start Today is now undergoing maintenence which is why no one has been able to use it for 48 hours.

I suspect they are trying to fix this for the playoffs proper, as mentioned.

Bit disappointing still but there you go.

Hopefully they fix the all-time team records but i doubt it
