PGA 2K25 - Help with Shot Setup
Hoping someone can provide me some guidance. I understand how all the shot mechanics work, have been playing with them and watched a ton of videos. I understand how you need to have the circle expand and take the shot when in the right position, no issue with that.
But even with hitting perfect shots per the setup, often my shots go too far or too short, especially with short game and irons. I'll see a percent on the screen and basically nail the shot according to the stats shown but often doesn't do what is expected from a distance standpoint.
So a few questions....
1) Is the default club selected for the golfer accurate based on all conditions (lie, distance, weather, etc.)? Or does it not take certain conditions in consideration where I then need to make club adjustments?
2) When you start the swing, you see the % and you see the spot where it says things should be perfect with the shot circle. Is that based on all the conditions as well (lie, distance, weather), or are there certain conditions you need to adjust?
3) I have seen in some videos where the screen shows the ball relative to your feet (above and below), but I never see it on my screen, is there a setting I am missing?
Just puzzling me why according to all indicators my shot is perfect but yet often is too long or too short...I understand there is variability built in, but seems to happen all the time for me, especially with the short game/irons.
Any help would greatly be appreciated!
