Thank you for being honest and candid about the rug pull 2K did

But as the early release week rolled on, the amount of VC that you were able to earn per round and quest has been reduced by a large margin. It’s a disappointing move and one whose slow rollout seems specifically designed to give people a favorable first impression of the game (perhaps especially among influencers and reviewers) before pulling the rug out from under players and nudging them to reach for their wallets.

My gut tells me this gets changed. On the positive side the game is awesome.

The gameplay is excellent but I don't agree with concluding this is a good game with the current state of VC. The VC issue is everything with this game and it just doesn't matter right now that the bones and engine are good.

Reading the reviewers name made me think of Tim Scott aka Divotmaker, is there any family connection there?

I’m sure Tim would have really enjoyed this new game if he was still around. (Aside from the pay to win aspects).

I enjoyed the review and second the notion that this could be the best golf game ever. I cant even remember the last golf game that I didnt want to stop playing. Granted that will change over time (maybe), but this hits the satisfaction meter to me extremely well. I have been ramping up the difficulty and enjoy every new challenge.

The fact that I couldn't swing straight with the stick if you paid me and so I can use 3-click keeps me engaged, enthralled at the long term playability and the fact that I got my 2nd ever hole-in-one in ANY golf game throughout my ungodly number of years I've been playing real or video game made this have even more satisfaction to me!

Ignoring the gameplay, 2K continues the abomination of pay to win for their sports titles. I read before launch, that you can earn a lot more skill points to avoid the "pay to win" stuff. And when the game was launched, the rewards now appear to be minimal. The grind is real, and if you want to compete online, you have to spend real money. We need games we pay for full price to stay that way, and not spend 100.00 more to enjoy it.

This is absolutely false you do not have so spend any money to be able to compete online.
