PLEASE help a newbie out..3 simple questions

hey all, I have recently bought my 1st EVER NBA game. NBA2K24 PS5. I bought it to play the eras mode. This is my 1st game for this franchise so bear with me.

1.) Am I able to play ERAS OFFLINE? (I'm not an online guy)

2.) When you download a roster such as a '90-'91 roster for instance does that roster download to my PS5 or is that only used on the server? Such as PGA2K, you can only use the custom courses ONLINE not downloaded for you to keep, as an example.

3.) When NBA2K24's server does shut down am I still able to play the ERAS and the rosters I've downloaded still (offline)

1) yes.
2) if you save it, it will be on your console.
3) you need to save the roster before the servers shutdown. XBOX has a limit on the number of saves. PS5 may be the same.

Note that if a MyNBA save/scenario has edited team branding more than a certain number of times, it becomes tethered to the servers (except for PC, I think), so that's the main thing to keep in mind re: long-term use past when the servers go down.

1. Yes

2. It is saved to your PS5. So as long as you save it, it will be there

3. Yes, anything currently saved on your PS5 will be there. Note that the maximum franchise saves is 10 across all eras and myWNBA. Also only 10 total roster save files between rosters and draft classes. The servers stay online for about 2 years. Not long at all. Save everything you want before they go offline.

On a different path, What classic year rosters do you recommend for NBA2K24 PS5?
