Resolution or Performance mode ps5

What do you guy prefer? I am seeing some framers issues on resolution during cutscenes…don’t see much if any graphic difference between the two.

There isn't a resolution or performance mode game option for MLB The Show on the PS5

I thought that was only for games that actually have a resolution or performance mode built into the game itself. The Show doesn't have that. Presets I believe are for games that have that option, and just makes it easier to set all of them that do, to either resolution or performance so you don't have to change it in game. I could be wrong but it wouldn't make sense otherwise. How are you going to set The Show to a performance mode when technically it doesn't have one?

Going by the description on the Settings menu, you're correct. I've always done it game-by-game, but it just sounds like it'll automatically pick the mode you want for games that offer the option.

That's exactly how I thought it was. It's a cool little option to have so that all the games that offer it can be automatically set by the PS5.

Ps5 settings I mean. Runs a lot smoother on performance mode.
