I don't ever play RTTS, so people who do may find all of this to be great. But it seems to me like they're really over complicating things.

The first person view and a few of the feature should be available ( i hope so) in franchise mode when playing a player lock.

They're not, they're making it more engaging. The game by game experience of RTTS can be a real slog at times, a lot of this stuff will help in keeping the gameplay more varied and interesting.

Not to be a downer, but sigh.

It's great we have the actual progression back that should never have left.

But..

We knew about events, cut offs, slides, and 1st person view for gameplay already. Yet this is shown as new here as well?

The addition of High School and the College stuff is decent I guess, but I just expected more and that is just on me. More of a me thing than anything here.

I just don't get the hype I'm seeing on X etc.

Overall the gameplay is all that matters in all modes and I feel like we in for a treat this year, but meh this did nothing for me.
