QB Controversy System

I put this in the Wishlist thread but I was curious if this bothers anyone else that no matter how bad the CPU QB is playing they never get benched. And there is no real QB controversy. This would be a perfect thing for the scenario system that would be way more realistic than some of the current ones.

Curious people's thoughts:

1. A QB Controversy System: With the archetypes in place they really need to use them with quarterback and have some parameters to have starters get benched if having a bad game/season. Something along the lines of if Franchise QB the only way to get benched in a game is to say throw 5-6 INT in a game or something similar. Once you hit the threshold the backup comes in. Leading or Trailing by 30/40 points in second half,etc. If no archetype maybe it's 3 int's in a half or at halftime having a less than 40% completion percentage. This benching leads to a morale hit and may lead to QB controversy that shows up in the news feed. It would be great if they added something along these lines. As it is now no one ever gets benched for performance. Also with the one with the placeholder QB and QB of the future when they team is eliminated from the playoffs or even gets say a set amount of games under .500 the QB of the future gets his shot.
