Teams disappearing

I've downloaded teams off of team builder and when I go to use them the next day, they are gone. Is there something I need to do to prevent this from happening?

If you are seeing numbers such as 012 or 003 instead of the team names it has been my experience that if you back out of the game and shut down your console then restart your console and the game you should see that your team names have returned.

May not work the first time but eventually the teams will show up again. Not sure why EA has not fixed this issue.
