What Teams you enjoying

Looking to start another dynasty but think I want a bigger team to rebuild that's fallen off like Nebraska or a realistic smaller school like Boise and TCU to build. Not sure who would fit that TCU/Boise bill
Love to run the ball, then use play action to beat the defense with a speedy WR.

What teams have you guys enjoyed.Any realistic builds you've done?

Really enjoying my Tulane dynasty. Decent starting team and good location for pipelines. Lots of sweet uniforms too!

Syracuse
Army
Almost any MAC team, especially Ball State.

They may not fit the OP parameters, but I'm hella enjoying.

I had a pretty good time rebuilding Rice. 98 speed true freshman receiver, A+ academic prestige, and has decent Texas pipelines. There's a good number of recruits that have academic prestige as one of their recruiting motivations.

Re: What Teams you enjoying

I've been enjoying my Fresno State dynasty. Moving to Pac-12 has been interesting. Roster was good enough to be competitive out of the box. a lot of uniform options, red/white/blue/black. Whiteout crowns(home opener), blackout crowds(rivalry)

my 2nd choice was San Diego State, which was my front runner, but remembered I played with them back in NCAA 12 or 13 I believe. but they can be build up pretty good as their Campus lifestyle(A) and Academics(B-) are are fairly high for a 2* school, and those can't be improved. Limited uniform options being the only downside.

3rd was FIU, similar to San Diego with the Campus Lifestyle and Academics, plenty of uniform options. Stadium on the small side. Miami are school, so good recruiting base.

4th was Rice. good Academics, good area for recruiting.

5th was Georgia State. Campus lifestyle B-, plenty of uniform options, also good recruiting area. can start up an Atlanta rivalry with Georgia Tech.

This is why I hope they will eventually implement dynamic rivalries. Georgia State's rivalries are with Georgia Southern and Kennesaw State. Georgia Tech's rivalries are: Georgia, Clemson, Vanderbilt, and Virginia Tech. Georgia State and Georgia Tech are literally within 2 miles of each other. Get them in the same conference where they play every year and it would likely develop into a rivalry.
