Players Sitting out of Bowl Games

Someone mentioned when the game first launched that players will sit out bowl games if they are first round picks. Can anyone confirm?

Ha ha ha. I say, “You don’t play, we don’t pay!” Nah just kidding.

Haven’t seen it in all the years of Dynasty I’ve played. Had plenty of first round picks and they all played.

Re: Players Sitting out of Bowl Games

There's also a lack of high rated, highly successful players leaving for the draft. In my second season in multiple dynasties, Quinn Ewers, Drew Allar, and Jalen Milroe all returned for their senior seasons. This was after all of them had extremely good Jr years.

Also, it's probably a long shot, but it would be nice to see players generated in recruiting classes that fit the service academies' offense. Or smart position changes to accommodate it. Plus, they don't accept transfers, so let's get that in the game as well. Again, I know it's a long shot but it would be nice to have.

In my experience, if underclassmen are good enough to go get drafted (especially highly), then they’ll often declare.

This is Oregon’s draftees in 2038 where 4 guys, including a SO went pro early.

The guys you mentioned are probably programmed to stay more likely than not because they are part of initial rosters and people want to play with them. I've had multiple RS SO / JR recruits leave for NFL later on in dynasty. Shoot, I tried to persuade a RS SO who was gonna be my #1 WR for the next season to stay and told he told me kick rocks smh
