32 Team Control 15 Minute Quarters

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure what's the best Acc clock for 15 Min Quarters doing 32 team control. I'm also trying to match real life stats instead of sim stats.

Re: 32 Team Control 15 Minute Quarters

I find that if you go 15 min with acc clock tuned to 12 seconds you'll get the proper amount of stats and plays per game similar to real life NFL.

For 32 team control, I highly recommend you slow sim every game and set the difficulty to All-Pro. Fast sim and All-Madden seems to produce pass heavy sim stats and outrageous sack numbers for DE's

It may be time consuming, but it forced me to become more immersed in the league than just my own team.

Also, I tend to play all red zone, 2 min drills with the offense and the occasional 1st down if I see the CPU is passing 1st down on the majority to even up the RB carries.

This although I go accel to 13 to avoid some delay of game penalties. At least for me that 1 second is a big deal for that penalty

What's your league settings? With 15 minutes with 12 Acceleration clock it matches real-life stats total plays because the total plays average 120-150 total plays?

Which settings are you referring to? I set to All-Pro for when I slow sim each game.

I switch to All-Madden when I play my own team (Seattle) for more of a challenge.

I also use 'Playmakers" All -Madden 25 sliders on the Madden Sliders forum.

Couple of other settings I have tweaked for personal preference:

Fatigue at 70, Speed Parity at 75, Injuries at 20.

I set the physics in the main settings page (only way) to 70.

I see a fair amount of penalties, even Def. P.I. usually 1x per game. No facemask tho.

And yes, the 15 min with 12 sec acc. clock is to mirror real life NFL stats.

Good Passing stats, RB carries, WR rec. and sack #'s

Do you use Progressive Fatigue, Home Field Advantage, and X-Factors on? That's what I was referring to.

Re: 32 Team Control 15 Minute Quarters

Right. Right.

Progressive Fatigue is off. Plenty of subs with Fatigue at 70.
I did end up making some tweaks in each teams formation subs to help get some 3rd and 4th stringers playing time.
I did this in week 1 for each team before their 1st week match up.
I update each teams depth chart before every game to compensate for injuries. Takes about 2-3 minutes. It's a bit tedious, but I found it to help me be more immersion with each team.

I left X Factors on. Seen some better animations and looks better while slow simming.
