Madden 25 Depth Chart Problem

So during a game Ill have some offensive starters like a running back or receiver start a game and then after a few plays they get subbed out and I cant put them back in.

Any solution for this?

Ill hang up and listen!

If this is occurring during a Franchise. Check your practice reps. I had an issue with Hutchinshon for the Lions. When I looked at my practice reps I had starters going full pads all the time and fatigued him where after one or two plays he was gone.

Would turning fatigue all the way down on the sliders work too?

It's progressive fatigue, and it's dysfunctional. For this season, you're stuck with it. Turn practice to half pads, and your team will be OK, but have an advantage over the CPU who does not manage it well.
In the next season, best to turn it off.
