PS5 Question?

A quick ? about the PS5.If I buy either the disc ver. or digital one do I have to sign up for a subscription(Playstore) to play say NHL 25 or any other game or just owning the game either the disc or a downloaded copy from the store?. Thanks

As long as you strictly play offline then you’re good
