Franchise Mode Breakout Scenarios...

Better to leave them ON or turn them OFF? Any thoughts, reasoning?

Turn them on and you get some needed variety to franchise mode.
The downside is that the AI doesn't have access to them or an equivalent, so your team will be overpowered in 2-3 years. Although the salary cap will catch up with you soon afterwards.

Here’s Something I’ve done in the past but it requires a little extra. I played with breakouts off in a cloud franchise but also used NeonSportz as an export tool. It’s like $25 or something extra but I used it to create my own breakout scenarios around the league for more balance. I also created anti-breakouts for dev trait regression as well.

Interesting… is this true, does it give your team an unfair advantage?

Yeah AI doesn't get them. I turn them off personally but I play with mods so there's really less of a need for them anyway as the dev upgrades/downgrades at the end of the year are tuned a little differently.

I wouldn't play with them on even if I was on console though.

Yes because the cpu doesn’t use them. The only way to balance it organically is to use offline 32 team control and cycle through each team every week to activate them.

Yeah I'm going to turn it off since you can make your team overpowered in like less than a year or 2. Turning it off makes the franchise more balanced so I'll now turn it off. I have it on for my 32 team control though.
