SO in Madden I have 9 created teams. I will be playing as one of them. My question is how can i get it so that the 1 team plays each of the other 8 teams each season. Is it with in the same AFC conference or NFC conference that i have to put them dont matter on division?

There is no way to consistently make that happen.

Even if you picked the nine teams it would work for in year one, you’d wait something like 12 seasons for the rotations to sync up again for that to happen.

Best bet to maximize it is to put all the teams in one conference and 8 of the 9 in the same divisions with the ninth in either of the others. Even that only gets your team playing seven of the other teams once every three years. You could manipulate the standings to get a few other matchups per year in but that’s about it.
