Question on viewing throw to 1st base.

Long time RTTS player finally starting 24.(My 45 year old GOAT finally turned 45 on MLB 20).
I've got a question I asked years ago. How do I watch a throw to first base? A long time ago the camera auto panned. At some point it changed where holding down the L2 button panned to first base(if that's where the throw was going).Also the camera would semi zoom to the outfielder on a fly ball.
Any help would be appreciated.
