D- Playing Time deal breaker for some seniors

Cam Ward, Rocket Sanders, Shedeur Sanders, Jay Higgins always are D- playing time, Is there any way to change the playing time level for seniors, when I encourage them to transfer they are automatically locked out, due to D- playing time and they disappear the next season, I can work around this for generated players by lowering their overall to below 70 (2* recruit) but you cannot edit real players so some players are always locked out. is there a work around or fix

I don't understand. They are all seniors. How do they get to the encourage transfer screen?

all you have to do is retire your coach then add him back and the encourage transfer screen will pop up allowing you to encourage seniors to transfer

But if they’re seniors, why didn’t they either get drafted or simply graduate before the encourage transfers screen ever appears?
