Offline Dynasty Games Not Saving

Hi all,
This has happened to me 3x now in one season of offline dynasty. I play a game, I go back to the main page and it shows the result of the game. Close out of dynasty, then when I come back later to advance the week, the result is not there and it says I havent played the game yet.

It just happened to me in back to back days. Lost to penn state, came to home screen, said the result with the box checked. Came back today, says I havent played yet. So i just simmed. THen played my next game, went back to home screen and said the result with the checked box. Exit out, go back in and it says the game hasnt been played. INSANELY frustrating.

Is this a bug? The only thing I'm thinking that could be causing it; I did custom conferences in Week 1 and create a "savepoint" in case I ever want to restart, so i dont have to sit there and do all the custom conferences again.

This dynasty was started from week 1 but I retired the original character and created a new one, and assigned owner to the new character.

Is that what is causing the issue maybe? I had a different offline dynasty that I never had this problem at all. Dont know whats going on.
