2K25 Season settings/sliders?

Anyone have settings they use to create a realistic season? Not talking about specific gameplay stuff, but more around all the other settings. There’s so many so I usually just leave at default, but feel like there’s got to be ways to make it more realistic

PopBoy has some on his youtube channel (can't link, it's The Popboy's Game Lab)

I used his settings in 2k24 and they definitely helped a lot, this year haven't tested yet
