Online Franchise User vs User game not loading

Hello All,

I wanted to post my findings here because I couldn't find anything anywhere except for people SAME issues my league is.

There are members in my league who reported not being able to load into a game against one another.

After doing a lot of research and testing I have found that it is a game share issue.

The user who is receiving the game share. DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS to the franchise game lobby now. Something after the latest patch blocked that access.

They can still play H2H or Play now but, no user franchise games.

This is the SECOND time in the past 3 years that Franchises have been stalled or ruined due to this issue. We have 6 people in my league of 32 that cant play a game right now. That really takes away from the time they get with the game and immersion factor.

This is a huge miss by EA. People in my league are already talking about 2k because they cant play anything else right now.

There are A LOT of gameplay hours being missed out on for EA with this bug. This is a huge bug.

The only work around for this is to BUY the game... you never had to buy the game for franchise game sharers in the past. This showed up after the last patch....

I am a big proponent of Madden and EA. I give thousands of dollars to Madden and this is killing my league.

In summary:

If you game share (the one who is using someone else's madden), you cannot play an online franchise game against another user after the latest patch.

Please fix this.
