Are editing uniforms working?

Update: "Looks like this is a bug on quick resume, I tried it in Madden 24 and the same thing happens where the edit uniforms option no longer works. I will post this in the bugs section"

Hello, Is this working for anyone in creation center. All of the uniforms are locked and I am not able to make a new one. Currently playing on Xbox One version 1.0.0.67
