Does anyone have good Injury, Fatigue, Auto Sub settings?

I play on 11 minute quarters with 20 second run off and can't seem to get a good realistic balance of injuries or auto substitutions. Does anyone have any good setting where they get a good amount of injuries and rotation subs?

I usually do 52-53 on injuries but injuries are imo busted in this game. You get so many minor injuries and not near enough extended injuries. As far as fatigue goes, I usually run 90-95. You can get rotations without messing with the auto subs that way. It may not be as much as you're looking for, but it's a start.

I use these and am very happy with it. I’ve used them for about 8 seasons.

CAVEAT: I run a no huddle offense, so while my offensive guys tired appropriately with my auto subs, if you don’t go no huddle, you may not see as many substitutions as I do.

On offense I go 3 deep @ HB with roughly a split of 50%/40%/10% and I go 7 deep @ WR. My TEs tire and get subbed in too.
