Respec Generated Players Archetypes/Abilities

Works:
Offline and Online

Limitations:
1) ***ONLY Generated Players ratings can be edited
2) ***Generated players must be (RS) Fr or above (can't be new Fr Recruit)
3) ***Must be coach of the team (Offline can have 32 coaches)
4) ***CAN NOT apply any Ability to any player (they're coded to Archetypes)


Process:
1) Sim or Play until ***Position Change week***
- ***MUST be the coach (Offline can Respec 32 teams) before this week
- Online can only do (1) team

2) Edit rating(s) to desired Archetype and Ability Tier threshold noted
- if you want player to have Purple Max Ability (just edit 99)

3) ***Position change (only works this way)
- will see Player Archetype based on ratings edits
- can back out & re-edit if you want player to have specific Archetype Abilities

4) Position change again to desired position or back to original position to get new Archetype, Abilities and Tier Level



Have Fun!!!



- I mainly do this for the top (10) Power Schools make their 4 & 5 Star players really stand out more during gameplay


I also do this to Army & Navy to really make their Option attack impactful
- Option Shield Ability = Run Block Finesse rating (85+)
- Inside Shield Ability (Inside Runs) = Run Block Power rating (85+)
- Strong Grip (Lateral Shed prevention on Runs) = Strength rating

Can this only be done during the offseason or will it "unlock" the perks during the season also?

only at the Change Position week

If you edit an Ability to only the Bronze level, but the mystery of what dictates when/what Ability will unlock or increase is still unknown

Do you still have to be online and signed in to EA in order for all 32 teams to show up under Members? I haven't checked in a while because I've been doing my 32 Team Dynasty with the latest patch, but before, if I tried to do a 32 Team Dynasty with an earlier build of the game, I could only control 1 team while completely offline. The Members page would get stuck "Fetching Data". Has that been changed?

Honestly I don’t know as I was playing off the disc without any updates
- I was doing 15 team coach auto-pilots to the Change Position week with no issues
