Penalty Sliders to Improve Sim Style Play

Hey there.

So I started playing Madden again for the first time in 20+ years and it coincided with the new release of the patch that gave a more balanced attack for CPU teams.

The only thing that is clearly missing from the gameplay to make it a bit more enjoyable for my SIM-liking ways is more penalties.

I have read that there aren't many called and that has been the case for several years, but are there any sliders out there you could share with me to help at least improve the frequency with which penalties are called so I can, at last, start my franchise?

Unfortunately the only penalties that’s really impacted by sliders are illegal block in the back and holding.

The lack of penalties is an intentional programming design. For whatever reason, this is how EA wants it. That’s the only thing I can think of. We been asking for penalties since the last time you played the game.

I've come to realize there are too many things that need addressed before attention to penalties can be emphasized. I turn them off and focus on other aspects of the game/sliders.

There are plenty penalties called this year. Just move them above 60. Except for roughing the passer which if you move from 50 there will be like 6 per game.

Penalty sliders directly affect game play too.
