Guys..... how do you do it?

Been a long time supporter of Madden blah blah blah.... but the tackling animations are utterly horrendous.

I just booted up a game and Mahomes didn't have any feet.

After a play, the DE was shown getting up from the ground.... but he stayed in this push up position and one of his legs was stuck in a " twisting" animation like he was being tortured.

Now.... there is barely any contact between the tackler and ball carrier and the ball carrier gets thrown to the side mid air 5 yards! Like what in the hell!!!

How are yall playing this game in this condition??? Great Day!

How to get by. Drinking helps. I enjoy games more when they are a little blurry. I do have one major side effect tho. I have never won a Super Bowl.

Honestly, I loved Madden 24, probably the most fun I've had with a Madden since Madden 12. 25 is just bad, the tackling and AI is so terrible.

The way I get by is to either just not play it or to sim most games but franchise is also worse with the stupid scenarios

I've gone back to CFB25 in the meantime. The tackling got worse after the "patch" even though it was listed in the notes as being "fixed."
The CPU play calling shouldn't take this long to patch either.
And the sliders need to heavily affect each setting as much as they do in CFB25.

Once those two first ones get fixed, I'll return to Madden. I'm not holding my breath for the third. They've got a good game on their hands if they'd just focus on the things that are plaguing the gameplay instead of worrying about fixing MUT and putting new cards out for it multiple times a week.

TBH, isn't this same thing said for just about every past Madden?

Probably LOL. This is the first one I've played this much in probably 5-10 years though. Enjoying so much of it if the tackling wasn't so ugly and the CPU play calling wasn't atrocious, I wouldn't ask for anything else the rest of the year.

What do you have the physics tackle slider at? I'm enjoying the gameplay and see some wonky tackles/animations so idk if it's tied to that (mine is at 55 currently)

I have settled on 10 for mine, at 55 even with a lower tackling setting, the tackles and animations were still too "over the top" for my liking.

Also add in the ease of hum run game WITH RB block set to 0 on AM, I don't need the physics slider giving an advantage to my run game..
