Do sliders have any effect on games (Dynasty mode) when simming on SLOW speed? My guess is yes, but settings for CPU apply to both teams. Does anyone know for sure?

I always set user/CPU to the same values when I slow sim but sliders absolutely have an effect, set tackling to 0 and run a game if you want proof
