The AI issues has been with Madden for a decade and looks like it's not changing anytime soon.

Not just business but also they don't want to work on their AI because they want the casual gamers
To be easily sunk into MUT mode without doing any critical thinking 🤔

If Madden had a real NFL competitor, the first thing Madden has to work on is the AI.
Noticed MUT is hardly being discussed in college
Because college took the hit and put most of their work in AI!

I think we pretty much knew this game has been catered towards the casual crowd for at least the past decade.

I agree, at this time, the college game is better than Madden, but I stopped reading the
article when he played on competitive mode.

I truly thought this was the year Madden would truly gravitate towards a more sim directive with cfb25 being directed more towards the fun casual direction the beta was on track to do just that. This was the year-to do it!!What happened between the beta and release is beyond me an confusing and frustrating at the same time. That cfb25 team is talented and determined to make true representation of football. As long as people try to rationalize Madden it wil continue I always will say if Madden actually seperated gameplay through their advertised modes it would solve alot of problems!!!

That was a pretty spot on article! The key word that sums it all up is “homogeneous”. It’s the word I’ve been missing in my recent critiques of the game. Once again, not exactly sure what happened in between beta and full release, but the game was much more smooth, organic, and “nuanced” in the beta, while the current version feels stilted, lifeless, and homogeneous.
