Franchise: don't play the mini-games if you want to be fair with cpu
For those who wondered, no, the cpu does not simulate every week 3 rookies on cpu teams "playing" the mini-games and then gaining related xp.
I just observed the evolution of xp gained by some 1st round rookies drafted by cpu teams, and they don't. In the "progression" sheet there is no line about the xp gained in mini-games: only one about the training of the week, which includes a bonus if the rookie is one of the 3 "focus" players. For us, the game offers to play mini-games with those players each week to earn more xp.
But know that the cpu teams don't take avantage about that. So if ou want to play "fair", don't play the mini-games. I didn't looked very deeply for training camp, but I'm pretty sure it's the same.
Of course, if you find it fun, I would suggest to get the fun here.
