Anyone notice? Fans/audiences heads twitch when focused (usually on timeouts)

During timeouts, when camera focused on fans/audiences, their head twitch like their all possessed. Anyone experiencing this?

That's actually been happening for a while (like 3 cycles now). I'm 99% sure they are aware of this one.

There another one during timeouts when they are throwing t shirts into the crowd. They always get stuck on a player.

Yeah man. That’s an immersive killer. Hope they fix that in the next patch.
