Recruiting? Best ways to get commits? Advice needed

I'm restarting my online dynasty with my 19 users. I've tried a few recruiting strategies, and the highest I got was 15th with Alabama. My user coach was a tactician to develop talent in season that lasts. Should I switch this one to recruiter? And what have you guys done to acquire talent. I'm open to all suggestions. Thanks in advance. Oh, I won't be using Bama. Will probably get a mid to low top 25 team. UNC/Clemson ish type.

I exclusively start with recruiter.

This is the strategy i have used to get me into the #1 spot. Keep in mind that this all depends on how many recruiting points you have per player. For example, if it's 60, I send the house and dm the player. The end result here is to unlock the 3 green checkmarks or get you into position to know what his likes are.

Once you know what he likes, hard sell, search social media, and continue to dm player. This just guarantees max effort in raising his interest.

Ride this strategy for each guy until you can get them to visit. I find with this game you want to book a visit sooner rather than later. It's not 100% foolproof but has gotten me consistent results.

Always remember your pipelines are your best inherent multiplier for any hours you put into players. So if you're UNC, be sure to use those maxed out Tidewater and NC pipelines to your advantage etc.
