Cant Create Teambuilder Logo

Ive been trying to create my own NY Jets team in teambuilder but how do you get a .png logo to work. Every one I try is too big. Is there a way to compress it?

Here is what I do - I open the pic in windows default photo app
Upper left - 3 dots - Resize image - It will open a new window - I select percentage - when doing that it shows you the current file size plus what the new file size will be after reduction - I usually start by changing to 95 and slowing working my way down until the file size is under the required size limit.
