Downloading issues?

What is the deal with downloading created files? 1. You can't download at all says please try again later.
2. If you do succeed in the file download. You don't get the file?

Just bought the ps5 yesterday and bought madden and college football. So I'm a little frustrated. Any input would be appreciated

It's been broken since day 1. Half the downloads for me don't show up.

Are they planning to fix it in a patch? Im suprised it hasnt been fixed yet, since its been broken since day 1

Agreed. Not sure how this doesn't get more traction with EA. Just acknowledge you're working on an issue or we think you aren't.

I mean i understand fixing gameplay issues first. But the downloading should be a quick fix. I have similar issues in madden 25 as well
