Does anyone know why assistant coaches were removed from MyNBA?

Seems like a weird change. Suddenly we're not able to pick our assistant coaches after like a decade of doing so in 2k games?

It’s been swapped out for a “bonus staff” mechanic.

Sigh, one of my biggest wishlist items for the past several years has been an expansion of coaches. Instead looks like a reduction and more abstraction

If you go to the staff page and select the head coach you will see view candidates. Click on that and then do a sort by the team column and it will bring up the assistant coaches for the team and their specific roles.
