If you’re offered an extension as an OC or DC and accept it, will you still get offers from other schools? If you don’t accept the extension I assume you are a “free agent?”

Extensions are auto accepted.

So if you *want* to leave for another school, even if you are doing well... can you do that and take all your XP and abilities with you?

I just went through the offseason a couple of times (re-started from an old save) and I can't seem to see where/how to do this. In real life I feel like coaches can even bolt mid-contract (?), but I was at the end of my contract and sure enough at some point it auto-accepted my extension...
