Weather in dynasty

Can you change the weather when you play in dynasty mode?
Its always raining in the games.

I've gotten all kinds of weather in my dynasty games, playing in the MAC and then the Mountain West: clear, cloudy, rain, snow.

The one thing that never seems to change is that every single game I play in is quite windy. Most games, the wind is between 11-17 mph. The lowest wind I remember seeing in six years of my dynasty was 6 mph.
