Pursuit angles are still terrible

I have been playing Madden 25 almost non stop for the past week. Went back to NCAA this morning and the pursuit angles on defense are abysmal and almost not playable.

Any idea if this is something the dev's are trying to fix?

With all do respect how bout adjusting the tackle and threshold sliders to fix your issues.

I really haven't seen any pursuit issues once you tweak those things.

Sometimes it seems like guys are afraid to adjust things on their own and wait for EA to patch the hell out of the game only to break it.

Ive seen pursuit improve with a higher tackle slider and Player speed parity threshold

As for settings anything above 70 in tackle or Player speed parity helps pursuits.

But I typically lower user offensive sliders because then the CPU tackle slider can stay close to default and pursuit isn't an issue for me.

My biggest fear is EA will continue to patch things and eventually the gameplay won't be what we had at release.

Checkout the slider forums excellent post by Fiddy who gives you a overall avg amongst settings via the community. I'd take his set and tweak it to your liking to help the pursuit issue.

They started to address it in the previous patch.

Even online it's not terrible. I've played around 50 games and I don't even notice it so it's not that bad.
