Coaching Carousel for multi-user online dynasty

So my 10-man online dynasty is nearing our first-ever coaching carousel.

As a commish, I was wondering what to expect.

I remember seeing that EA said you didn't have to wait for someone to accept a job, but are there multiple users up for the same jobs or does the computer just choose one user per job?

Just looking for some info going into the offseason to best plan for the stage

I remember in one of the blog, I think only one user can get the job offer at a time. But if they delicine, idk if they go after another user. I hope this help.

I wanted to update this for those who may have a similar question:

No users compete for the same job.

We had 10 users and 6 of them had offers in the first week, followed by all 10 in week 2.

In fact, everyone had a head coaching offer despite poor records for some. All of us were OC or DC.
