How to Load or Find Downloaded Rosters

I know this seems like a basic question, but I seem to be missing something. I go to the download community and download a roster. It confirms that it downloaded. When I go back to Load/Delete Files, the rosters or rosters I downloaded are not there. What am I missing??

This issue is STILL there?
The same exact thing happened in CFB25 as well, I tried several times to download a playbook, said it downloaded but was nowhere to be found, not sure if it was ever fixed in that game or not.
