Heisman level issues?

Just curious for those of you playing on this difficulty, any issues.
I played 1 season with Nebraska, definitely some good things but this game just feels a little off. Maybe it’s due to the Heisman difficulty but it’s feels a little scripted.
Little background, I’ve played these games about 15-20 years. As much as I’ve tried to tweak it there’s glaring issues.
One of main one is I have the human reaction and coverage at 100 and the dbs still don’t react on most plays. I’ll try to add a video but there’s one I saved on Tommie Hill I believe my best corner, 91 ovr against New Mexico in the La bowl. Playing a zone he’s staring right at the ball but doesn’t react until the last second. Just sitting there in an athletic stance. If the setting is 100 guys should be all over the cpu receiver. Other issues are penalties when I get big plays or the cpu all of sudden passing like a nfl legend late 3rd quarter and into the 4th.
