FC 24 - Roster in tournament (league)

I started a new season with the MLS. To play the regular season schedule, I needed to start a league in tournament mode. My goal is to play with several teams and not only one. At this point, everything is fine.

With all the transfers in the MLS, I want to update the roster in my created league (tournament mode) like in the real life, but not able to find where, if possible.

Someone can help me? Other mode to use or how to adjust the roster once my league is started?

You can only do transfers from the main menu so you need to do it before you start tournament mode. Can’t do them in that mode like career mode I’m afraid.
