The graphics are very good...but the tackling & defensive backs jumping up to intercept passes needs tweaked up big-time...also a huge bummer that you cannot edit players names on team builder site due to current NIL rules you can only do it on a private dynasty mode & at least 3 generic stadiums would be nice in the future.

As a guy who works 50 hours/week and has a life away from home, I'm ecstatic about CFB. This game is everything I wanted. The amount of detail that went into this game is ENORMOUS. Think about all the time/effort that it took for the stadiums, animations, off-field, etc. I give it a 9/10. I'm a gamer that was around for NCAA98...so to me, CFB25 is the standard.

Great review. I only disagree with the comment about RTG and riding the bench. Suppose users want an authentic representation of what it feels like to be a college football player. In that case, they need to experience being a second string and waiting for their moment to shine. That is a glaring but unavoidable part of being a football player.

Experiencing the patience that has to be learned in waiting to play while you're "riding the bench" [while realistically, these players are standing up on the sideline, watching the game play out and waiting for their chance to show their talent if the coach calls out their name/number] is what makes so many college football players better men later in life than they would have otherwise been.

EA could add to this experience by giving the RTG player the option of a first-person helmet camera to watch the game from the sideline. This point-of-view would also be beneficial for dynasty players who call plays but prefer to live the game through the coach's eyes, letting their recruits show their talents with no input from a human. It could be a game-changer, though 2K previously offered this POV in their NFL series.
