How do you hire or fire your coordinators?

Pretty sure there’s only 1 week you can do it. Wanna say it’s the 1st bowl week.

Around bowl time there will be a HIRE/MANAGE STAFF thing show up on the menu for like 2 or 3 weeks.

ALWAYS check that each week too because if you put in a pending offer, you really don't get notifications if the cord turned it down. Little things like that is what i hate so far lol

It's during conference championship week. That is the only week you can fire a coordinator. Then the following week you can make an offer to a new one.

It’s much, much, much less stupid than how they did it in NCAA14.

I dont know if its that i play on varsity difficulty. Teams never approach my OC or DC.
