Can you play Team Builder teams in "Play Now" games

Yes, you can use them in Play Now, I'm doing that right at the moment.

I've not found any way of viewing rosters before downloading. Once you downloaded a school, I'm not seeing a way of editing them for Play Now or even viewing them without going into an actual game.
