Player Tendencies in Dynasty

When you create a team in teambuilder they have a variety of player tendencies when used in a Play Now game. But when you import these teams into a Dynasty, every player in a position takes on the same tendency.

QB - Field General
HB - Receiving Back
FB - Blocking
WR - Deep Threat
TE - Blocking
OL - Pass Protector
DL - Power Rusher
OLB - Power Rusher
MLB - Field General
CB - Slot
Safeties - Hybrid
K and P - Accurate

What happened to their roles they had in Play Now? Why is there no diversity of roles?

It seems to have something to do with the coach’s schemes. I imaging that unless a player’s ratings are too far off for being capable of having a certain tendency, the game ‘fits’ players into a specific tendency based on the team schemes.
