RTG Coaching Logic is brutally bad

We need to be able to watch plays. Period. It’s so bad I think the games a predetermined. I’m driving vs Oregon as a QB. We get down to the 5 yard line and just need to run the clock down the 3 seconds and kick. Instead it pulls me from the game on 3rd down with 33 seconds left and we just lose. No idea what happened.

That’s putridly bad and must be fixed. This is why I prefer dynasty over RTG bc you control the play calling. But the lack of changing numbers and editing players has dynasty mode dead to me.

Played a super fun game in RTG vs a top 4 team on the road and should’ve won but instead I just lost with no explanation why. Pitiful.

I played a game last night as a running back. We went to OT. Opposing team scored but missed the extra point. My team scored a touchdown, then lined up to go for 2. It was tied. All we needed was the extra point. I called my final timeout to maybe force us into a PAT attempt. But nope, we came back out trying to punch it in. We failed.

Even the commentating team was like “all they need is the PAT! What are they doing?”

I just got pulled from the game in 4th and goal from the 1 thinking that we were kicking a FG. Then the game simulated me throwing a TD.

Gotta fix that.

Unfortunately this happens in madden as well. Was really hoping they had it figured out for rtg. Always killed the mode for me. Guess I’ll be skipping rtg as well. Bummer.
