Unable to load existing cloud dynasty

I started a cloud dynasty on Tuesday and have been able to load into until today. I keeping an error message saying I’m not connected to the servers when I am. I can start a new online dynasty just can’t load the old one. I cleared my cache and restarted my router. Anyone else having this issue?

Same happened to one of mine. I have three cloud dynasties and only one is broken...

I have NO IDEA if it’s correlated, but my wife who works from home online said there is a global cyber attack on “the cloud” - zero idea if that cloud is in relation to the gaming cloud lol

It's not a cyber attack. Crowdstrike broke their stuff last night and it's effecting the world. It could be related, but I doubt it. More of the game would be broken if it were the cause.

Also having this issue. Seems to be relatively widespread based on activity in EA Sports College Football's official forum.

Yeah, seems really wide spread.

I first noticed the issue Wednesday night, when I was unable to load into my online dynasty I have with two friends (they were also unable)

Thursday afternoon, it worked fine.

Thursday night, it wouldn't load again. And hasn't loaded since.

EA has commented on Twitter now

The team is investigating an issue where some players are unable to load into a previously established online dynasty.

We will update this thread with more information as it becomes available.
