Top Teambuilder teams to Create/Find

With Teambuilder returning, it is time to think about teams/conferences you might want to build or look for good builds on the site to download.

While we haven't seen much info on Teambuilder yet, we can only assume it will be like the last version which will be great. I'd love to see a full stadium builder on the site but I wouldn't hold my breathe.

For the sake of including ideas beyond just a few teams this list will include some full conferences on the lower level just because it would be harder to pick just one.

10. United States Coast Guard Academy - If you want to complete all the service Academies, this is a must for you. They play in D3 so they're a low tier program but I've seen several folks mention wanting to add them to have all the miltary academies in the game.

9. Yale and Harvard- Two the oldest teams. Getting to create their rivalry will be something a lot want to do. I just wish we could create their stadiums.

8. Idaho - A team named the Vandals? They were FBS not too long ago so getting them back into a college game might be a must for some.

7. JUCO teams from your state - In Mississippi, we have some really good JUCO football teams. It might be fun to download them all and create a JUCO conference. Same could apply to anyone with a state that has good JUCO football. This is part of why I decided to allow this group to include conferences and leages, not just schools.

6. Youngstown State - A force a few years back. Another team I can see folks wanting to bring up to the big leagues.

5. Richmond - Cool mascot. Definitely a team a lot of folks would want to create. A top 25 program as well.

4. Delaware - A team about to make the jump. Some might want to include them sooner.

3. South Dakota State - The Jackrabbits are good and have a cool mascot and would be another team a lot of folks would want to create.

2. North Dakota State - 17 National titles, 9 as a FCS school. A few NFL players. This team will definitely make a lot of lists of teams. And if you're gonna get the Jackrabbits, you got to include the Bison. Just wish we could make the Fargodome.

1.HBCUs - Give me the SWAC, MEAC, SIAC, CIAA. Let's create the history and have fun. I couldn't just pick one on this one. I believe there will be folks trying to create these conferences in their Dynasty.

Great list!

I'm going to pull the Marine Corps out of the Naval Academy and make the USMC their own School!!

Of course, I will recreate the Minnesota St. Screamin' Eagles (TV Show: "COACH").

Also The Texas St. "Fightin'" Armadillos (Movie: "Unnecessary Roughness").

I started to include some fictional schools like those but decided they will be my last week for next week. Too many good non-fictional teams. I had more I didn't get to include since I decided to keep it to ten. And this was even merging some together!

The obvious one for me is the Minnesota State Screamin' Eagles, but I saw a post on Reddit that got me thinking. Vault Tech University from Fallout 76. That is gonna be a school I wanna try and make. Blue and yellow with the Vault Tech logo and their rival school would be West Virginia.

As a JMU Football fan, we rebuke Richmond. As a EA College Football Fan, this is a good suggestion on a teambuilder team.

That rebuke is why College Football is the best!

Re: Top Teambuilder teams to Create/Find

Would be great if it's only what Teambuilder was before. Hopefully better, of course. I'm hoping the sort/filter on the Teambuilder website and inside the game are great and not what I've seen in other games where you keep seeing the same team over and over because you search for a team and anyone who saved the team counts as it being a new team.

Would only apply to here, but would be good to have a list of things people are working on. So we don't have a bunch of Harvard/Yale creations. Again, could still be a bunch from others who aren't on here.

I myself would be looking at schools that are NCAA D-1 hockey but not in other sports and those that don't have a football team. Which there's quite a bit that fall under that.

For starters, I'd focus on Minnesota and Colorado schools. So my beloved Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs play D-I hockey but are D-2 in everything else and for Colorado, Colorado College is actually a D-3 school who plays D-1 hockey.

Re: Top Teambuilder teams to Create/Find

My biggest hope is to be able to use Teambuilder to create classic teams. Especially with the ability to put together rosters (CAPs? ) within the online suite. Really hoping the uniform creation suite is fairly wide open.

But to more directly answer your question..
Give me 2001 Miami, if we can recreate those unis
